Our Name
“And if you give even a cup of cold water to one of the least of my followers, you will surely be rewarded.”
When I read these words from Matthew 10:42 I found myself asking, “How many cups of water have I received?” I found myself overwhelmed with gratitude as I reflected on the answer. From those humble moments ‘Cups of Water’ was born.
A ‘cup of water’ isn’t always found in a glass. It might look like a hug from a friend, a prayer from a stranger, a warm meal delivered, a word of encouragement, or of course, a very real cup of cold water in a time of thirst.
Ultimately, it is showing sincere care and concern for another person in a time of need. And this is our desire.
To bring ‘Cups of Water’ to all who thirst.
To refresh the soul and to nourish the body.
